RETURNS & EXCHANGES IN GENERAL
To us, no order is complete until you are fully satisfied. You have 14 days to return your items. We’ll give you a full refund within 14 days after we receive the items back by the same method you used to pay.
Please ensure that all items are returned clean, unworn and have all of their tags and original packaging. If the result of our inspection is that one of these elements is missing, damaged or incomplete, we can not guarantee a refund. Naturally any faulty items can be returned. Any non-faulty items that are not in a condition suitable for resale (i.e. used, washed, soiled or damaged), will not be refunded and will be sent back to you.
HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM
Register your return by sending an email to email@example.com. Include your name, order number, product and the reason of return. After that you can return the product at your own expense to the postal address below. The return will be processed within 14 business days after the order date. Remember that you are responsible for getting the items back to us, so ship back with track and trace. No exceptions are made to this policy. Send your items to:

If you would like to exchange an item, we would recommend returning the unwanted item(s) back to us for a refund and placing a new order.

Shipping costs related to exchanges are complimentary; however, if you are based outside the EU you will need to pay taxes and duties on this.
